TERMS AND CONDITONS

Our goal is to provide good quality information for all students.  The terms our offerings are spelled out when you placed your order, however, please be aware of our stipulations for all students and courses:
1- COMPLETION: Failure to complete a training course is YOUR FAILURE and not reason for refund or remittance.  All material is considered transferred to the student when the order confirmation email is sent. 
2- FUNCTIONALITY: Courses may require proper set up of your computer and Internet.  We cannot address computer failures which might require updating of software or addition of free software to read PDF text, see PowerPoint shows, or watch Flash videos.  Please seek professional assistance.  Also refer to the Support tab for reference to free or needful software.
3- TIMEFRAME:  Courses generally should be completed in less than 30 days.  Unusual circumstance may apply to your situation, and we may remove access if a study program is unfinished for more than 90 days.  The goal is to provide the best learning experience possible. 
4- REFUNDS: There is no refunds permitted since all materials are considered delivered with the registration email sent to the student.  Our goal to prevent abuse of our training, duplication of our training materials, and those who use refund as a way to gain free access makes this a necessary requirement.
5- PASSING and CERTIFICATION:  Each course will spell out requirements for passing and certification.  EXCETRA does not grade tests or offer certification.  All trademarks are the property of the owner company, not of EXCETRA.  Questions about grades, completion, and certification should be directed to the appropriate training firm.
